Weftd is paid for by the individuals, independents, businesses, teams or organizations who create and manage a presence on Weftd. As a Space owner, you pay to import your content, structure your knowledge, make it understandable by AI assistants, and grow your Space as your needs evolve. ### Do visitors to my Space have to pay? No. In most cases, visitors can browse a public Space and interact with it without paying Weftd. The subscription is paid by the Space owner, not by the customers, visitors, prospects or AI assistants who access your content. ### What exactly am I paying for? You are paying to create, publish and maintain your Weftd Space: a presence designed to be understood by AI assistants and searchable by your visitors. Depending on your plan, this can include content import, boosters and extractors, knowledge structuring, the knowledge graph, exposure to AI assistants, conversational experiences, storage, collaboration, analytics, privacy, monetization and advanced controls. ### Can I start for free? Yes. The Free plan lets you create a first AI presence and discover Weftd with a limited public Space. It includes a Space built from a template, monthly credits to try the platform, a basic public profile, early AI discoverability features and simple statistics. ### What are credits used for? Credits let you use AI-powered features: content import, enrichment, boosters, extractors, knowledge structuring, generating or improving content, conversations and advanced usage. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. As your usage grows, you can upgrade to a higher plan or add more capacity depending on the options available. ### When should I upgrade to a higher plan? You should upgrade when your Space becomes more important to your activity and you need more credits, content, storage, collaboration, privacy, monetization, analytics or control. Pro is designed for independents, creators, experts or small teams who want a richer, collaborative and monetizable Space. Business is designed for organizations that need more privacy, internal usage, unlimited seats, a conversational module included, higher usage limits and role and permission management. ### What is the Scale plan for? The Scale plan is built for organizations that want to deploy Weftd across multiple teams, brands, locations or activities. It includes multiple Spaces, more storage and credits, consolidated analytics, custom templates, dedicated onboarding and premium support. ### Who is the Enterprise plan for? Enterprise is for large organizations with specific needs around security, governance, integration, support or deployment. It can include custom limits, SSO, advanced security, SLAs, dedicated support, custom integrations and specific account management. ### Can I monetize my Space? Yes, from eligible plans onward. Monetization lets you turn your Space into a paid destination: premium knowledge, expertise, private content, guides, resources, courses or experiences. When a Space generates paid revenue, Weftd may take a commission. The reference rate is 5%, with the possibility of a reduction depending on your plan or level of commitment. ### What does "public Space" mean? A public Space is accessible online and can be viewed by your visitors, customers, prospects, or by AI assistants able to read and use it. It is designed to present your activity, content, offers, expertise or information in a clear, structured and always up-to-date way. ### Can my Space be private? Yes. Depending on your plan, a Space can be public, private, internal, collaborative or restricted to specific users. Business, Scale and Enterprise plans are designed for more advanced use cases: internal Spaces, restricted access, roles, permissions and enhanced privacy. ### Do I need a website to use Weftd? No. Weftd can be used as a standalone presence.
