One subscription gives you both the features in your plan and a monthly allowance for the AI work Weftd performs.
Spaces, seats, knowledge capacity, privacy, collaboration, publishing, analytics and the ways your Presence can connect and interact.
Manually editing content, viewing a public Space, or using its knowledge through an external AI assistant does not normally use Weftd credits.
Your allowance resets on your billing date. Unused credits expire at the end of each period and do not roll over.
If credits run out, your Space, content, MCP and HTTP access remain available. New AI actions and hosted conversations pause.
We do not sell credit packs. If you regularly need more capacity, move to the next plan, with no surprise usage charges.

A knowledge item is one piece of information added to your Space. Its size determines the credits needed to process it, not how many items it counts as.

Your subscription unlocks the Weftd platform and the features included in your plan. Credits measure the AI-powered work Weftd performs for you, such as importing, structuring and enriching content or running hosted conversations.
Yes. All paid plan prices exclude VAT. Any applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout.
The person or organization that creates and manages the Space pays for Weftd. The subscription helps you publish and maintain a trusted AI Presence for your activity.
No. Visitors, prospects, customers and AI assistants can access your public content without paying Weftd. Their use is covered by the Space owner's plan and its limits.
Your existing Space, published content and MCP or HTTP connections stay online. New AI-powered actions and conversations hosted by Weftd pause until your credits renew or you upgrade.
No. We want pricing to remain predictable. If your activity regularly needs more credits, the next plan provides the right level of capacity and features.
No. Credits renew every month and unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.
Accessing your existing knowledge through an external AI assistant does not normally consume Weftd credits. Credits cover AI-powered work performed by Weftd, including hosted chat responses.
An article, webpage, content block, complete document, Q&A or image counts as one item. Large or complex files can require more credits to process while still counting as one item.
Powered by Weftd is part of the public experience on our self-serve plans. Specific white-label requirements can be discussed through Enterprise.
Yes. Private Spaces are available from Pro. Advanced lets you combine up to three public or private Spaces under one account.
