The website available at https://weftd.com (the “Site”) is published under the conditions described below, in accordance with French law (Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy, “LCEN”), which governs the publisher of the Site as a French-established provider.

The Site is published by Mr. Mathieu BUONOMO, acting on behalf of WEFTD, a French simplified joint-stock company (“société par actions simplifiée” – SAS) currently being incorporated, whose registration with the French Trade and Companies Register (RCS) is pending.

The name “WEFTD” is the subject of a trademark application filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
Once WEFTD is definitively registered, this legal notice will be updated to reflect its final legal form, share capital, registered office and registration number.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Site, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorisation, to be requested at contact@weftd.com.
